Ana Forrest Yoga for Inner Demons

Ana Forrest is one of the most dynamic, creative women in yoga today- she’s the creator of Forrest Yoga, an inner-demon avenger and advocate for the voiceless, as well as author of Fierce Medicine and lifelong student. She’s been called ‘The Rock Star of the Yoga World,’ and we’re excited to share Spirituality & Health’s month with Ana Forrest.

Here, she offers week one of a four week sequence specially designed for S&H to work into fear, and help achieve pain-free balance by recognizing the importance of breath and movement to work through our internal struggles.
