More meditation, more compassion

ABC News recently reported that regular meditation might make you a nicer person.

In the most recent news regarding the exponential health benefits of meditation, researchers have found that 30 minutes of meditation daily for two weeks can rewire your brain to make you a kinder, more compassionate person.  In addition, studies have found that more compassionate people tend to be healthier, more popular with their peers, and more successful at work.

Compassion meditation is even being taught to children in some schools as a way to cope with stress, anger, and acting out.
