Give yourself a little dose of ahhh today by carving out 15 minutes for this quick de-stressing sequence from Whole Living magazine. The poses are simple enough to do anywhere, even at the office (minus the leg and ankle stretch; save that one for when you’re someplace you can easily lie on the floor without discomfort… or risk of having your boss wonder what you’re up to.)
